Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2, 2026

These terms govern your use of Open Trucking and related association services. Please read them carefully before joining.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Open Trucking (the “Platform”), including the member portal, co-pilot tools, and associated services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Membership & billing

Membership tiers (Signal Member, Full Cab Access, Carrier Sales Suite) are billed as displayed at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Document parsing and AI token usage beyond plan limits may be billed at cost plus processing, as disclosed at checkout.

3. Carrier accounts & USDOT data

You represent that you are authorized to link the USDOT number and carrier profile you provide. FMCSA and SAFER data are used for verification and display; Open Trucking is not affiliated with FMCSA. You are responsible for the accuracy of information in your cab profile.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Platform, scrape data without permission, reverse-engineer services, or use co-pilot outputs as a substitute for licensed legal, financial, or compliance advice. Rate con parsing, CPM calculations, and Signal intel are decision-support tools — you remain responsible for operational and regulatory decisions.

5. AI co-pilot disclaimer

Teo and Tia provide AI-generated guidance that may be incomplete or incorrect. Always verify load terms, rates, compliance deadlines, and contract language before committing miles or signing documents.

6. Partner & vendor referrals

Open Trucking may refer members to third-party partners (factoring, insurance, equipment, etc.). We do not guarantee partner services. Separate terms apply between you and any vendor.

7. Intellectual property

Open Trucking and its platform software, content, and branding are protected. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for your authorized trucking operations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Open Trucking is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use, including lost revenue, loads, or compliance penalties. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or non-payment. You may cancel membership through account settings; access continues through the paid period unless otherwise stated.

10. Changes & contact

We may update these terms with notice on the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions: hello@opentrucking.com.
